Anticipated Releases for the Rest of the Year

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.  Each week there is a new topic and this week’s topic was: Top Ten Most Anticipated Releases For The Second Half Of The Year

There are so many awesome books releasing in the next six months and how do you choose just ten!?! But here is a small selection:

  1. Nevernight by Jay Kristoff
  2. The Secret Keepers by Trenton Lee Stewart
  3. Furthermore by Tahereh Mafi
  4. Heartless by Marissa Meyer
  5. Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas
  6. A Torch Against the Night by Sabaa Tahir
  7. Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo
  8. The Hammer of Thor by Rick Riordan
  9. Like a River Glorious by Rae Carson
  10. It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover

  1. Nevernight is also on my list! After reading Illuminae (which he co-wrote) and loving it, I’m definitely looking forward to reading more of his writing.

  2. Great list!
I am really looking forward to Furthermore, A Torch Against the Night, and It Ends With Us. I also watch to check out Heartless too. I wasn’t a big fan of the Lunar Chronicles, but I still want to check out her new book. Nevernight sounds so good. I haven’t read Six of Crows yet, but I know once I do I will be dying for Crooked Kingdom and same for The Hammer of Thor. I haven’t read the Sword of Summer yet but I know I’ll want the second book after!

So many books! I have no clue how I’m ever going read them all. It’s a good thing the majority of my TBR pile is online! I have heard good things about Nevernight, so I’m going to have to check it out. Great list! 🙂
