I recently finished The Gentleman by Forrest Leo, as well as the novella,  And Every Morning The Way Home Gets Longer and Longer by Fredrik Backman. Both were fantastic reads!

I’ve probably never mentioned on here, but I am a huge HGTV fan, and one of my favorite shows is Fixer-Upper with Chip and Joanna Gaines. I love those two! So when I heard they were coming out with a book, I had to have it! The Magnolia Story has been sitting on my tbr for a week now, and it’s just taunting me to read it, so that will probably be my next read.

What am I waiting on?

  1. ‘The Magnolia Story’ sounds very interesting! I catch a few house flipping shows here and there, but I don’t think I’ve watched this one. I may have to check them out! Enjoy your reads!

I’m currently reading “A Clash of Kings”, but I won’t finish before I pick up another book. 🙂

    • I tried getting into Game of Thrones, but I just never could get very far.

I definitely recommend Fixer Upper! It’s such a great show, and I love her style! Thanks for stopping by. 🙂

  2. Lovely photos as always! I’m definitely looking forward to start discovering Fredrik Backman’s work… If I like A Man Called Ove I will probably read this one as well, And I added Ninth House to my wishlist the other day, because another Leigh Bardugo? Can’t say no to that. Happy reading!

  3. Good lord, I don’t know if I’m enviously complimented your book photography skills, but they’re pretty darn good. Where do you get so many pretty backgrounds?
